This program prioritizes muscle endurance and resilience with a touch of no pain no gain programing. Our industry would use the word “tone” for familiarity, but our goal in this program is to increase the amount of “work” a client can get through and pushes into short game power i.e. 400-800m Run.
An amazing, professional, & friendly environment! Warm-up followed by the WOD which they explain and demonstrate with modifications offered for those that need it.
Gym is clean and organized, with multiple class offerings from 0530 on. Great for early risers or people who work early. Love this place!
