This program prioritizes muscle endurance and resilience with a touch of no pain no gain programing. Our industry would use the word “tone” for familiarity, but our goal in this program is to increase the amount of “work” a client can get through and pushes into short game power i.e. 400-800m Run.

This facility deserves high praise! It's been a month since I joined and it has been a pleasant experience! The coaches at WinStrong are knowledgeable and patient. I have been around many fitness professionals good and bad, and this group stands out! The programming is what sets it apart from my personal experiences, they cycle through the major compound movements with emphasis on strength progression and end the session with metabolic conditioning. I recommend WinStrong to people who want to increase their functional strength and general fitness!
