Liit stands for low intensity interval training. We always talk about High Intensity but never truly define it. We would define low intensity intervals as 50-80% RPE (relative perceived intensity). That being said most HIIT Programs are actually low intensity constant or sustainable movement.

The facility is open, clean and very well maintained. Best of all the people I have met have been amazing. You are constantly surrounded by friends and coaches that help motivate you to be your best.
