Liit stands for low intensity interval training. We always talk about High Intensity but never truly define it. We would define low intensity intervals as 50-80% RPE (relative perceived intensity). That being said most HIIT Programs are actually low intensity constant or sustainable movement.

An amazing, professional, & friendly environment! Warm-up followed by the WOD which they explain and demonstrate with modifications offered for those that need it. Gym is clean and organized, with multiple class offerings from 0530 on. Great for early risers or people who work early. Love this place!
