Liit stands for low intensity interval training. We always talk about High Intensity but never truly define it. We would define low intensity intervals as 50-80% RPE (relative perceived intensity). That being said most HIIT Programs are actually low intensity constant or sustainable movement.

Love this place and the people! Excellent workouts every time. I'm no heavy lifter but I am learning great form and building confidence every workout. I love the programming as it is a good mix of cardio and lifting. I grew up playing team sports and this gym gives you the Coach and Teammates that I've always cherished to help you meet your goals. Also a great social fun group of people!
