Mixed Modal Fitness. This program is designed to train all areas of fitness in a gradual escalation over time. Weightlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Aerobic and Lactic integration and Progression.
Love this place and the people! Excellent workouts every time. I'm no heavy lifter but I am learning great form and building confidence every workout. I love the programming as it is a good mix of cardio and lifting. I grew up playing team sports and this gym gives you the Coach and Teammates that I've always cherished to help you meet your goals. Also a great social fun group of people!
