This program prioritizes functional bodybuilding and absolute strength. You’ll find the big lifts, some dynamic lifts, and calisthenics. All of our programs promote all around fitness so you’ll still see some aerobic training here as well.
An amazing, professional, & friendly environment! Warm-up followed by the WOD which they explain and demonstrate with modifications offered for those that need it.
Gym is clean and organized, with multiple class offerings from 0530 on. Great for early risers or people who work early. Love this place!
